COVID 19 FORMS & NOTICES

His Press Releases on COVID, published at least 3 times per week have helped lead and solve the crisis, as have his WG FASHION articles, but as he has warned in early May 2020:
"We are no where near truly solving this particular pandemic, for mishandling at this time means more deaths, and possibly reckless genocide upon Africa and, South & Central America. As a world leading political economist and financier, let alone general policy analyst, I cannot thus support any form of rushing into a normal economy - not in the United States, Canada, or elsewhere.
If we are to resume global trade and travel soon, as well as save lives in our own backyards, then we must be very diligent. And we must learn a very hard lesson in light of the current fiasco that rendered the majority of the world in a state of insufficient capacity to properly prevent and handle this outbreak.
I am thus calling for strict advancements to the Global Pandemic Handling Infrastructure, at global federalism and country by country levels. This disgraceful episode in our history as competent administrators of our affairs and global civilization must be sternly employed to fund future monitoring, tracking, and medical research into prevention and cures.
I will be asking governments across the world to institute legislation insisting upon allocation of funds on national and global scales with a new and enhanced global network of cooperating public, private and third sector bodies.
This World War Against COVID is not over but when we are done with it, then we must ensure our global handling system is far superior and prepared than in 2019 and 2020. That is necessary progress, consonant with the American and Canadian Constitutions and the UN Charter, upon its best interpretation.
